FAQ – User Account Creation

1. Access the Registration Page
   Click on the Login / Register option located in the website header. This will take you to the registration page, where you can complete the account setup in just two simple steps.

2. Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form
   You’ll see three fields: Username, Email, and Password.

• Enter your desired username in the Username field. Make sure it’s unique—if the one you choose is already taken, try a different variation.

• Provide a valid email address.

• Create a secure password.
  Once all fields are completed, click the Register button to submit your information.

3. Step 2: Verify Your Email
   To activate your account, you’ll need to verify your email address.

• Check your inbox for an email from Kerala Foods containing an activation link.

• Look for a message with the subject “Please click here to verify your email.”

• Click the link in the email, and your account will be verified. You’ll then be redirected to your user dashboard.

Note: Before you begin using the portal, we recommend adding your shipping and billing addresses to your account for a smoother checkout experience.

From the User Dashboard menu, click on the “Addresses” option. This will take you to the page where you can add or update your shipping and billing addresses.

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your address details accurately. Make sure to save the changes once completed.

Once you’ve completed your profile, click on the “Shop” page to browse and explore our range of products.

• Select the items you wish to purchase by clicking “Add to Cart” on each product.

• When you’re ready, go to the Cart page to review your selections.

• Click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.

At checkout, choose your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Upon successful order placement, a confirmation message will appear on your screen.

Log in to your user profile and navigate to the Dashboard. From the menu, click on the “Orders” option.

Here, you will see a list of all the orders you have placed, along with their status and details.

The order status will be displayed right next to the order details in order history / orders page. There you can see if the order is processed, Our for delivery or Completed/ Delivered.
