  • Deliveries are made to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • We aim to deliver products in the best condition, but in rare circumstances, delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues, holidays, or adverse weather. We will do our best to keep you informed.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable or frozen goods at the time of delivery.

3. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or refund.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy
